Terms of Service

Effective date: September 20, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Mongoose Inkboard, a product of Mongoose Labs operated by Mongoose Athanor LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Inkboard, you agree to these Terms.

What Inkboard is

A free, browser-based drawing app: it keeps every stroke so a page can be replayed as a timelapse, supports mirror and radial symmetry, placed images and text, autosaves pages in your browser, and exports to PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG and video, plus a page file you can save and reopen. It requires no account and runs entirely client-side.

Your content

Anything you create in Inkboard is yours. We never see it, store it, or claim any rights to it -- it exists only in your browser and in whatever file you choose to export or save.

Acceptable use

Don't use Inkboard to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to create or distribute. You're solely responsible for what you make with it.

No warranty

Inkboard is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose. Because your work is never sent to us, we also have no ability to recover it if your browser's storage is cleared or the device is lost. Pages autosave in your browser, but that is not a backup: export or save a page file for anything you want to keep.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the app itself at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
