Anything you create in Inkboard is yours. We never see it, store it, or claim any rights to it -- it exists only in your browser and in whatever file you choose to export or save.
Don't use Inkboard to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to create or distribute. You're solely responsible for what you make with it.
Inkboard is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose. Because your work is never sent to us, we also have no ability to recover it if your browser's local storage is cleared -- export/save your work if you want to keep it.
We may update these Terms or the app itself at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
